Connection Questions

When you connect with someone, you demonstrate that you care. You have two ears and one mouth for a reason, and this is when you use them accordingly. Ask and then listen and listen, and then ask again and then listen some more. I encourage you to take notes when possible as it guarantees you will remember what they said in a future conversation you might have with that person. ⠀

The key is to aim to first connect and while doing so begin to qualify. But connecting is fundamental over everything else. You don’t talk your way into trust and a connection, you ask and listen your way into it.
