Whenever I consult with agents and CEOs, I am always interested in their thought processes and overall approach to doing things. I would ask a series of critical questions embedded in my conversations, and usually within 30 minutes, I could identify at least one of the many ways the millionaire agent mindset had been breached.
Now you don’t necessarily need to perfect all the ways of the millionaire agent mindset; some are more important than others. However, if you want to be absolutely on top of your game, the millionaire agent mindset is at the core frequency of any top 1% producing agent. It’s not a checklist. It’s a mantra for continual growth in your real estate business.
